Orphan Care
In the church hall in Ndirande on the outskirts of Blantyre, Malawi an ophan care centre operates with the support of CGF.
Disaster Recovery
Flooding from tropical storms, earthquakes and natural disasters hit the poorest hardest. Providing emergency aid to ensure shelter, food and sanitation are essential
Medical Aid
In some parts of Malawi we support a medical vehicle that travels to villages in reach of Blantyre to operate a local clinic. Vaccinations and basic medical care is administered.
Food Aid
During times of drought or after severe floods food aid is distributed to feed subsistence farmers whose crops have been destroyed
Enrichment Projects
From supplying goats, to sewing machines or brick making, these projects enrich the lives of those supported.
Educational Support
Education in many parts of the world is not freely provided. Some just the cost of a mandatory uniform covered others we support into further education.
Water Aid
Bore holes drilled near to where our churches are planted enable the villagers to access clean water without the need for lengthy daily treks to fetch water.
Sustainable Agricultural
Helping communities establish sustainable food production through permaculture, agroforestry and practical farming initiatives that build resilience for the future.
General Support
Relief doesn’t have to neatly fit into an existing category. If aid is needed we will be on hand to support local churches to access that aid. In many occassions it is simply a matter of a very modest sum of money to meet the immediate need.
